The Westec iVR offers a flexible POS interface that supports most major protocols in the industry.  The iVR will interface with Serial, TCP and XML data input from up to 16 devices on a single iVR platform.

The iVR receives alphanumeric characters from the POS interface and can overlay the data onto the camera image, display the data in a receipt window or both.  All transactional information is written to a SQL database that is synchronized with the iVR calendar for post analysis with video and audio overlay.

The transactional data can be accessed real-time from the Westec Customer Portal offering detailed exception reporting on any register.  Searches can be done by date and time, key word, item, subtotal, tax, total, void, change, cash payment, credit payment, debit payment, receipt number, employee id, refund, discount, safe drop, lottery, card holder name, coupon, sign on/off, discount, drawer amount and transaction resume/complete.

Video with POS overlay will output video evidence with data overlay.  POS data is accessible at the iVR itself, through the remote viewer and from the Westec Customer Portal.  The POS interface is offered on all iVR platforms.

Westec’s iVR Point of Sale integration enhances the operational value for customers by applying video and audio to POS transactions.  With the exception report searching capabilities, the iVR changes the way
