Westec’s intelligent routing system routes alarms quickly and accurately to appropriate stations within the center, linking customers directly to trained specialists who are available to assist them 24 hours a day.

When a customer activates the system, an alarm signal, video stream of the business, audio are transmitted directly to the centers where detailed site information is displayed in real-time. Having this information at their fingertips allows intervention specialists to assess the situation and resolve the issue faster.

Since Westec began serving customers more than 10 years ago, the company has processed millions of interactive responses, and has resolved nearly 98 percent of all alarms without needing to dispatch the police.
